Lucanus – Revista de Ambiente e Sociedade is a pioneering publication dedicated to knowledge exchange in Conservation, Natural Resource Management, and Environmental Awareness. Created through a collaboration between the Municipality of Lousada and the Department of Biology at the University of Aveiro, Lucanus serves as both a scientific and informative platform. It provides valuable insights to support decision-making, promote sustainable practices, and highlight the importance of preserving natural heritage.
To enhance Lucanus' reach and accessibility, we developed a fully integrated digital platform that serves as the home for the annual publication. The website allows for easy navigation, structured access to past editions, and a dedicated space for articles, reviews, and research findings. It supports the ongoing mission of Lucanus to foster knowledge exchange between experts, researchers, and the wider community.
